Las Vegas Mini Gran Prix - Go Karts
Las Vegas Mini Gran Prix bills itself as a "Family Fun Center". As you would imagine the attraction is Go Karts. You'll find four different tracks for different skilled and aged drivers. The first is the "Kiddie Karts" for kids 4 years and up. Keep in mind karts are tailored to the age of the driver, so you're children will be able to operate each in a safe manner. Track number two features a larger Kart and children can ride in the Kart with a parent. Track three is for bigger kids and they use the old fashioned carnival measurement trick - you have to be 4'6" tall to operate on this track. Finally there is the Adult Gran Prix Cars - bigger, faster, funner!
A Little more than just Go Karts
In addition to the Karts the Family Fun Center offers a 90 foot slide (no we haven't been on it), a small roller coaster and motion ride called the "Dive Bomber". And what "Fun Center" would be complete without an Arcade? Got it! Plus there is a 500 seat restaurant featuring Kids type entrees like Pizza and Sandwiches. These are nice, but the main attraction is the Go Karts.
Open 7 Days a week this is a locals hangout and you'll need to drive a bit off the strip to get there, but it may be worth your while if you like Go Karts.
